C-Level Marketing

Summary

C-Level Marketing was built to equip founders and senior leaders with the strategic marketing thinking focused on strategy, execution, and measurable growth. After validating demand through a live webinar, the program was converted into a scalable course by formalizing the curriculum, recording structured modules, and building systems to support long-term distribution and growth.

Work

    • Built and tested the webinar tech stack including platform configuration, registration workflows, automated reminder sequences, and CRM integration for attendee tracking.

    • Managed live production including host moderation, screen sharing setup, slide transitions, recording capture, and audio monitoring. Facilitated audience engagement through chat moderation, Q&A management, and real-time troubleshooting to ensure a seamless attendee experience.

Teach Quest Video Tutorials

Summary

Teach Quest is a gamified classroom management system designed to transform the traditional learning experience into an engaging, role-playing game (RPG)-inspired adventure.

For this project, I was responsible for producing the video tutorial suite for the platform — creating clear, engaging, and on-brand instructional content that guided both teachers and students through the Teach Quest experience.

Work

  • The intro and outro template was designed to immediately pull viewers into the Teach Quest universe — featuring animated sequences that echo the RPG aesthetic of the product, complete with dynamic motion graphics, character-driven visuals, and a carefully selected music track that sets an energetic, adventurous tone. The goal was to make every tutorial feel like the start of a new quest, priming students and educators alike to engage with the content that followed.

    • Edited and assembled raw footage into clean, structured tutorials optimized for in-product viewing — keeping pacing tight and content digestible for both teachers and students

    • Integrated on-screen graphics, callouts, and annotations to highlight key UI elements, making it easier for users to follow along with the platform's features in real time

    • Maintained a consistent editing style across the full video library so the content felt unified whether a user was watching their first tutorial or their tenth
